Indispensable to achieve an effective immobilization of the head. This head immobilizer can adapt to a hard surface and stretcher. It is realized in high density foam and is treated with a flexible water repellent technopolymer which guarantee a great stability. The adaptability and the comfort of the head is also guaranteed by a air-cushion located at the middle of this head immobilizer.
